Welcome to CAYA (Connect As You Are)! By accessing or using the CAYA platform, website, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CAYA connects people to authentic, low-effort events in local spaces.
1. Service Overview
CAYA provides a hybrid platform facilitating event discovery, registration, and payment for community-led experiences hosted in third-party partner venues. CAYA is the facilitator, not the venue owner or primary service provider for activities like coffee art or wellness classes.
2. User Obligations
- Registration: You agree to providev accurate and complete information (Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.) during event registration.
- Conduct: You agree to act respectfully towards CAYA staff, partner venue staff, and other attendees. CAYA reserves the right to remove any person from an event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
- Age: You confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to register for events.
3. Event Participation and Liability
- Venue: Events are hosted in third-party venues. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the partner venue.
- Waiver: By attending, you acknowledge that CAYA and its partner venues are not liable for personal injury, theft, or damage to property that may occur during the event, unless directly caused by gross negligence.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the CAYA website (logo, text, event descriptions) is the property of CAYA.
- You grant CAYA permission to use any photos or videos taken by CAYA staff/photographers during an event for promotional purposes.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
