Since all tickets are Non-Refundable (as stated in our Refund Policy):
If an attendee needs to cancel their registration, no refund will be issued.
- Transfer Option: You may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague. Please notify the CAYA team via our Contact page with the new attendee’s Full Name and Phone Number at least 24 hours before the event. The original booking reference must be provided.
