We keep our policy simple and fair to manage limited event capacities and commitments to our partner venues.
All event tickets purchased through the CAYA platform are strictly Non-Refundable.
Important Exceptions:
- Event Cancellation by CAYA: If CAYA or the partner venue cancels an event for any reason, all registered attendees will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days of the scheduled event date.
- Date/Time Change: If an event’s date or time is moved, you will be offered the choice of attending the new time or receiving a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding that our events have limited capacity, and your registration commitment is crucial to their success.
